📌 General Policy

To provide better products at lower prices, we do not accept any returns or exchanges for customer convenience.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the case of defective or incorrectly delivered products.

📸 About Product Color / Images

We make every effort to display product colors and textures as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting, your device settings, and monitor differences, the actual color may slightly differ from what is shown. Thank you for your understanding.

❌ No Returns or Exchanges Accepted in These Cases:

  • Customer's change of mind (“not what I expected”, “no longer needed”, etc.)

  • Incorrect size ordered (please confirm listed sizes carefully)

  • Items with removed tags or missing accessories

  • When the item has been used, damaged, or stained after delivery

  • Items returned without prior notice

  • Attaching invoice or labels directly on the product box

  • Sale or promotional items, such as mystery boxes or lucky bags

  • Free gifts or non-purchased novelty items

  • Buying in multiple sizes/colors for the purpose of trying & returning

  • Request for exchange with another item

🛠️ Returns Due to Defective or Incorrect Items

If the delivered item is damaged, defective, or different from your order, we will gladly accept a return or exchange.

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the defective or incorrect product

  • A description of the issue

We will guide you through the return or exchange process.

We define “defective” as damage, stains, or manufacturing flaws beyond acceptable levels (e.g., major scratches, unsewn parts).
Minor scratches or variations that do not affect product use are not considered defects.
